Het coronavirus/COVID-19 treft inmiddels de gehele Benelux. De consequenties voor de publieke gezondheid en de economie zijn groot en vragen ook om aanpassingen aan de bedrijfsvoering van fonQ. In deze onzekere tijden willen we je graag op de hoogte houden van hoe fonQ omgaat met deze situatie.
De gezondheid en veiligheid van onze klanten en medewerkers krijgen de hoogste prioriteit. Wij volgen de adviezen van het RIVM en de WHO om de verspreiding van het virus te vertragen. Als gevolg hiervan heeft de directie van fonQ besloten om de bedrijfsvoering te continueren met minimale fysieke aanwezigheid van medewerkers. Het merendeel van de afdelingen zal vanuit huis werken. Onze inspiratie-showroom in Utrecht is tot nader bericht gesloten.
Vooralsnog hebben deze veranderingen nog geen grote consequenties op onze leveringen middels pakketpost. Onze servicevoorwaarden houden we up to date en in overleg met onze partners zullen we er alles aan doen om onze infrastructuur en services intact te houden.
Dit is een uniek moment in de geschiedenis, waar zowel bedrijven als consumenten nog geen ervaring mee hebben. Zorg goed voor elkaar. Wij doen er alles aan om onze klanten te blijven voorzien van producten waarmee ze hun thuisomgeving wat fonQ kunnen geven.

Precautions coronavirus/COVID-19
The coronavirus/COVID-19 has entered the Benelux. The consequences for the public health and economy are severe and also demand restructuring of operations within fonQ. The health and safety of our customers and employees is our top priority. We are following the advice given by the RIVM and the WHO to slow down the spread of the coronavirus.
The fonQ board decided to scale down the physical presence of its employees within its operational activities. Most departments will work from home. We will temporarily close our showroom in Utrecht.
For the time being these changes will not have a big impact on our shipping-services. We will keep our terms of service up to date and, in consultation with our partners, will do everything we can to keep our infrastructure and services intact.
This is a unique moment in history, which organizations and consumers have not experienced before. Take good care of each other. We will do our utmost to keep supplying our customers with products to give some fonQ to their homes.
